[Rose-list] Re: Rose Geranium Honey

I haven't tryed rose petals in honey.  I have tryed making Rose hip
jelly out of the dog roses behind our place (that are not sprayed). 
It was very tasty but I couldn't get it to set well, I think I needed
to add more water with the chopped hips, it was more like syrup.  

I do want to try some rose petal jelly this time.. and I still want
to make some rose petal beads. I have to run, but I can post the
later if anyone is interested in the recipes.
