[Rose-list] Re: Rose Petal Jam

The book says you can make if from fresh or frozen strawberries.  I'm
guessing you squish up the berries and strain them.  In a pinch I
think I would use a frozen juice that is strawberry and something
like pineapple mixed. Or just water for the full rose effect.
