Hi Julie, St. Paul Oregon is south of Portland, Oregon, near Salem, Oregon.
Generally speaking, anyway.  St. Paul is very rural, in the middle of
nowhere -- but there are only a few highways out there and those are off of
the the interstate, so it really is simple to find, even for those who are
"directionally impaired."
