Good question... they didn't say the ratio, but any cheap aspirin
should do. I know that 1 per vase of roses is good... I would guess
that 4-6 per 3 gallon bucket would be well. They should sit in the
water as you would Willow Tea, 24 hours.
Willow Tea... chop new growth of de-leafed willow limbs (whips) into
1 inch peices (the tedious part) bring water to boil, turn off heat,
add willow peices, cover with a lid and set to step 24 hours. Strain
off willow. Can refrigerate for about a week. They didn't give the
ratio of this either. I used 3 cups of water to 1 cup of willow
peices. Then added about a cup of this Willow Tea to 1 gallon of
water for soaking the cuttings for 24 hours, in shade, outside.
Sincerely,
~Carleen~
