Yes Julie, it's the Portland International Rose Gardens, very huge
and lovely, mostly Hybrid Teas and bring good shoes.  I'm not sure
how much will be in bloom, as we are so late this year.  

The Japanese Gardens are right near the Rose Gardens and l 
I don't know the address. I usually get a little lost finding the
Rose
Gardens... could be all that gocking at the lovely homes and gardens
in that area.  I will look about for ya, or perhaps someone on the
list knows.
