Yes, you can buy them.
I don't know about other sources but Heirloom Old
Garden Roses (503-538-1576 of Oregon) is now offering
16 fragrant hybrid teas on their own-roots in this years
catalogue.
They didn't list 'Pink Peace', but they carry a 'Sweet Afton',
they describe as pearlescent white with a pale pink reverse,
with heady perfume.

Oh yes, nice one, my momma's favorite also. I bought one for

Whew, three loses out of 3 dozen in 10 years, that's not "too" bad.
Hate to lose any of course. Could we hope that you've seen the last
of that icky stuff ... ? Least for a while. :-P
