Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the formula is 1 Tbl
baking soda per gallon of water, at least that's what I use.

Anyway, spray the roses with this, making sure to reach the undersides of
the leaves.  Works great!  I usually see results in as little as three
days.
