Hi Judy,

I'm new to this list but do love growing roses too.  I have heard that the 
geareburns roses are very hardy too.  I know someone in the Chicago area 
that has had success with the plants she has.  She claims they are low 
maintenance and have been able to survive our harsh winters here.
