I have a number of roses bought three years ago from Heirloom Roses in
Oregon. They have been moved around a bit (except for the climbers)
because they didn't seem to be doing well where they were and this year
they finally are showing significant growth. My problem is that they are
all supposed to be repeat or continual bloomers and I didn't get anything
after June except on my Heritage. I bought a Bonica locally and it bloomed
sporadically all summer. What am I doing wrong? I am treating them the
same way:
Fertilzing with a mix of bloodmeal, cottonseed meal, phosphorus and epsom
salts. I also watered them a couple of times this summer with alfalfa tea
and epsom salts.
The Zepherine Drouhin was spectacular in June but nothing since then.
