Norma asked about sending seeds to New Zealand. As
director of the CSSA Seed Depot, I send a lot of
orders to NZ--they are enthusiastic gardeners down
there!
An invoice or packing list which contains the
botanical names of the seeds has to accompany the
order, as all are inspected. This regulation came
into effect a couple of years ago--though one of my
customers lately wrote me that it was no longer
necessary to do this.
Frances, perhaps you know if this regulation is still
in force.
