Hi Mark,
Sansevieria eilensis was described by Juan Chahinian 1995 Type N3,
Ely Pass, 4 km. NNW of Eyl, Lavranos & Horwood  10178.
There is a full description in Flora of Somalia vol. 4. pg. 30

You are right it is I would think the slowest of the Sansevieria
hence its high price.
