Sorry, no need to be excited.
Good practice requires that the name of a plant to be published be not
revealed before it is actually out.
However, at this point, it is unlikely that anybody else would do it before.
The plant is
Sansevieria masoniana
needless to say: S. sp. 'Mason Congo'
