Clearly this mystery woman in DC must be found and throttled until she gives
up her information!

If the plant was called fumeri, I wonder if that was referring to the smokey
gray color of the leaves.  I have a beautiful metallica, but I haven't seen
flowers, so for all I know it could be var. longituba.  Don't think the
rhizomes are red, though.  I'll have to go pull down its pot and check.
