If you are getting your mail bounced back to you, please send me the whole
thing including the "header" (all the stuff at the top) and the error message.

Receiving double postings usually has to do with a bad connection
somewhere.  The sending computer doesn't get the message that the receiving
computer got the message so it sends it again.
