No Norma, It's Dracaenaceae with Dracaena (incl. Pleomele) & Sansevieria
now. It hasn't changed since the revision in the Dahlgren, Clifford & Yeo
book from 1985. The important question isn't which family they are in but
why. Like I said previously, it's because of the seeds (, fruit and flowers
too!). This family thing is not a game, its based on better defined limits
to groups of allied genera. Previously defined monocotyledonous families
were artificially defined with the Liliaceae, Amaryllidaceae and Agavaceae
as as dumping grounds for superficially similar plant genera.
