Re: [SANS] SANSEVIERIAS Digest - 22 Feb 1998 to 23 Feb 1998

I have a fairly common Sanserieria I think, I need it identified. It is very tall, so far about 3 feet tall, not flat, but rounded, erect, spike-like leaves. The color of the plant is the common Sansevieria green. It grows like a maniac with its thick rhizomes (I think they are true rhizomes). I never got a name on the plant when I received it. I am sure it isn't too uncommon. I am interested if it takes the same kind of cuttings that flat-leafed Sansevierias take. I would love to make more of these cool plants.

By the way is there a good website for Sansevierias? I just joined this list so forgive the ignorance.
