Yes, I know for I found it in Hawaii, brought it back to my nursery, and
named it "'Futura REVERSION'" in that it had REVERTED to a non-bordered, or
non-variegated form. However, the plants i brought back and so-named, also
had great vigour, and a noticeable central trunk or thick stem, with roots
forming at the juncture of leaf-base and trunk or stem. and i introduced
the plant under this name. It seemed like an obvious choice of name at the
time.
