The whole problem is i just discovered that even menial work is much better
done by highly intelligent people. and one cannot hire highly intelligent
people to do menial labour. i made this discovery while Roger and i were
hauling plywood around and also removing tree stumps. we were so much
better at it than the people we had hired, who were KILLING themselves with
effort.

This was not a comforting realization...but it is the reason why so many
people would rather do it themselves. So i sure could use a NORMA! and all
I want to do is put my tropical greenhouse in order!  and i have large
beefy GUYS! but...no, it doesn't happen with them.
