Hello All, especially Norma who really seems worried about the survival
of her Sans.
Well, firstly, its great that this list has sprung to life after some
dormancy over the holiday season. I was starting to get worried!! But
its clear now that we have a dedicated group looking to help one another
and all trying to grow our strange loves to the best possible.
I know that I am not unique to this group as William Glover in Nevis
(for half the year anyway!) experiences roughly the same climatic
conditions. We have 70 to low 90 deg F all the year round and often
very dry conditions for long spells. I have never, repeat never, seen a
Sans succumb to lack of water over weeks and months. Since in general
plants need less water the lower the temperature, I would definitely
recommend witholding water until you can increase the temp. either when
the Good Lord sends it back to you in Southern California or you can
provide it through artificial means.
William, I wonder if you will support this recommendation of mine.
Norma, Patience and Fortutide at this difficult time. I'm sure that you
will succeed.
Cheers from Trinidad.
George.
