[SANS] Need greeter

Hi everyone:

Monday marks the big day for me. I start back to school with 17 credits in
horticulture and landscaping.  One of the consequences is that I may not be
able to be "on-line" everyday as I am now.

Need:  I would love to have at least 1 person who will act as a "greeter"
for newcomers.  Also, is there anyone with an interest in learning to be a
list-owner?  I would be glad to have you added as a list owner and direct
you to the "manual" and listowners email discussion group.  This would
mainly involve telling someone how to subscribe/unsubscribe themself, or
maybe how to set themself to digest mode.  Frankly, I don't have to do much
more.  Most errors are resolved by the listserv end of things and just
ignored.  If someone's mail bounces for 4 days, the program automatically
deletes them from the list.

Thank you in advance for your help--I just KNOW someone will at least
volunteer to be a greeter.

By the way, this list is very informative and probably the only place on
earth where so much information is available just for the asking.  Hermime,
we are all looking forward to your 2nd book being available.  Please post to
us asap  after you are done.  You have some eager customers already.
