Misty Hill Farm is a certified organic grower of container plants, primarily
herbs, vegetables and ornamentals. We have devoted a few benches to
sansevierias (snakeplant and birdsnest) for the last 3 years and they have
thrived with almost no problems. In the last month we began to notice a few
plants with marred leaves, as if they had been scratched or shaved with a
sharp blade. The size of the blemish would range from 1/4" x 1" to 1" x 3".
In the same period, usually on the same plants and the same leaves, the leaf
would become weak, pale and floppy. Our best guess is some type of fungal
problem. We would love to find out what the problem might be and if there is
an organic solution. Can you help us or point us in the right direction?
Thank you.
