this is an excellent question and deserves to be discussed until everyone
has resigned from this list or died of boredom. the answer is thus: Tustin
which was bucolic and agricultural became a breeding ground for the larvae
of yuppies. gradually landscaping disappeared, homes became painted
"beige" or, for variety, "beige", and it became a second and very costly
home. we had already purchased the nursery property here in Perris CA about
6 years ago and were just lagging behind, faced with the horror of moving
many thousand square feet of greenhouse plants. finally we realized we were
insane for paying the horrid cost of the Tustin house and we sold it and
moved.
If my huzbin don't get in gear and publish our dazzling 50 acre updated
website, and new catalog, i will kill him. one way or another a new catalog
will be forthcoming. I cannot say the move has SPEEDED up my usually slow
self, so if I am behind...i really am behind. much of my life is still in
cartons.
