HI all,
Hermine wrote.
"so you cannot "trust' anybody, but yourself, to know what plants really

I do not trust anybody and I do not trust even myself.
When somebody (anybody) says I am wrong, my first reaction is NOT :"No, I am
right". My first reaction is to ask the person why he/she thinkg I am wrong
and go from there. There is the big difference between people who learn every
day and people with an attitude.
I am sure Hermine totally agrees with me, because we discussed the subject
many years ago and I still remember what she said :"You never know who your
teacher is going to be"
By the way, I am sorry to say that one of the plants I saw at Huntington, a
big one in the desert conservatory planted in the ground, labelled
Sansevieria ehrenbergii is
actuallly S. robusta. I told John Trager about that about five/six years ago.
Don't know if he has changed that or not.
Cheers,
Juan
