Tom,
  Munching sansevieria rhizomes seems risky to me. You're a regular Euell
Gibbons. I hesitate to ask, but what else do you eat?

Having said that.....

  Maybe Tom can help us concoct a recipe for Sansevieria Pie.  If you slice
those rhizomes thin enough, and add enough sugar and lemon juice, you might
get something akin to those mock apple pies made out of Ritz crackers.

The mind boggles!
