Dear Tom,
The so called dwarf form of Sansevieria canaliculata
is a collection from Madagascar that is stunted by being grown pot bound.
The plant I received under that name has leaves that already far exceed the
8" length they are supposed to attain. When well grown, it is
indistinguishable from typical Sans.canaliculata. The name probably should
be dropped.

The status of this plant has already been discussed in detail in the forum.
