Sans. or course

I think I have a Sans. named after Juan Chahinian, if this is so could Juan
tell me more about the plant. At this time is has several offsets though it
is still in a less than a 4" container. The leaves are very wide, but
abruptly tapers off forming the apex of the leaf. It has a short dull point.
It is 3" at the widest part of the leaf, and slightly twisting, but more so
at the tip, as if it was pinched in. The borders having crimps in the sides.
Oh, I forgot, the leaf is smooth on the back side but has some ridges on the
top.

It was labeled sp. chimaniamanii, please correct me if wrong. It has 4
offsets, should I repot it at this time or wait until the offsets are a
little larger, they are no taller than 3 ", does anyone know what country
this plant comes from? PS What is suggested to clean the leaves? Thanks,
Norma Lewis
