I think it was President's Day (I was not at work),
when I happened to see the HGTV program on gardening
indoors. The topic that day was easy-care plants. The
hostess and a guest took turns showing their favorite
easy plants.
The guest showed sansevierias as her first choice for
easy-care indoor plants--and I was pleased to see that
she brought more than the usual Snake Plants or Mother
In-Law's Tongues. She showed several Hahnii vars.,
including "Streaker"; S. patens; S. cylindrica; as
well as some fancy trifasciata cultivars.
(The hostess allowed as how she didn't care for sans.
Her favorite easy plant was pothos.)
