Leaf propagation

Hi Marie.

Welcome to the list.

About leaf cuts.
I am sure, that some of the sansivieriafans on this list can give you much precise advice than I can, but it looks like all are hung up with other things theese days. My problem answering you is, that i have no experience with any of the three species you ask about.
Generally it is important that the soil is damp, not wet, The sandy compost you use should go well. Don't let it go total dry. Just water a little around the leaves. The leave cuts will normally look as they are beginning to dry out, but after 5 - 10 weeks there will be roots to stabilise their conditions.
I takes much more time before you have new shoots or stolons. Patience must be required. From 5 months to more than a year, depending of the species and how warm the surroundings are.

Cheers from Denmark
