Welcome to the list.
About leaf cuts.
I am sure,that some of the sansivieriafans
on this list can give you much precise advice than I can, but it looks like all
are hung up with other things theese days. My problem answering you is, that i
have no experience with any of the three species you ask about.
Generally it is important that the soil is damp, not wet, The
sandy compost you use should go well. Don't let it go total dry. Just water
a little around the leaves. The leave cuts will normally look as they are
beginning to dry out, but after 5 - 10 weeks there will be roots to
stabilise their conditions.
I takes much more time before you have new shoots or
stolons. Patience must be required. From 5 months to more than a year,
depending of the species and how warm the surroundings are.
