Hi Steve and all, I still be wearing bells when all of you come to the Los
Angeles convention.
Most of my Sans. were given to me from Juan, I have lost some, but gained
some. They are now all starting to put out new growth, pushing them sells up
and out, top dressing going in all directions. I am getting anxious for them
to put out some offsets.
San. 'Leopard Bat' I do not have. I have a few plants that I still don't know
what they are, Juan, if I send you a leaf, would that be enough to identify
it. What more information would be helpful, perhaps pictures would do? I
have a tiny spoon shaped leaf plant that has variegated on me big time. The
old leaves just have a few pin stripes of gold, but the new leaves are
completely cream in color with a few green stripes, it really beautiful,
thank you Juan.
I plan to bring this plant to our group show in May, in fact a would like to
bring a complete display of the species, it just may open some eyes up, and
they may take another look. I have noticed that if we talk up a species,
suddenly it becomes popular again. Articles need to be sent to all the
succulent publications, perhaps that would help. Crasulady@aol.com
