I did not insinuate it. I said it. it is no secret shame. the diagnosis of
Alzheimer's explained many of Dave's idiosyncracies. and if anyone thinks i
did not honour him as a friend, scholar and artist, as well as a superb
plantsman, they would be sorely mistaken. On the other hand, perhaps i
misread and misunderstood your entire post. possibly a  symptom of my own
Alzheimer's. this may be the first manifestation.

Juan. Do not take me on. There are easier targets.
