Re: [SANS] Morgenstern' Book

All the discussion about this book made me drag out my copy.
The original bill of sale is in it: I bought it in 1980 from
Wheldon & Wesley Ltd, who deal in secondhand books, and issue
several catalogues per year. As the date on the publication
is 1979, it makes me wonder if W&W were the actual distributors,
and that they sold it as 'new'.
I think it would be safe to say that this was self-published,
in a sense. Anyone wanting to reproduce it needs to get in
touch with the copyright holder, which is the author, K.D.
Morgenstern (or his estate).
