Perhaps I have gotten some bad seed. I was hoping that

I have found that sansevieria seed, even home-grown and fresh, takes MONTHS
to germinate. even under ideal conditions with 80 degree bottom heat. i
have used old dried seed and hate it wait for almost a year. i never throw
seed out unless it is frankly rotting.
