Hey all:
Just went to the arboretum in Des Moines Iowa. I thought I'd put an
inventory of their Sansevierias on our forum. They have the following
Sansevierias on display:
:aethiopica(two small plants)
:arborescense(3 medium plants)
:aubrytiana(two nice beds. The best Sans. display there in my opinion)
:cylindrica(four or five nice sized growths)
:fischeri(correctly labelled. 5 adult leaves)
:intermedia(small and slightly abused from school childrens feet)
:parva(nice patch)
:subspicata(two large patches in inflorescence as I write. A few young
fruits) :suffruticosa(three larger growths)
:trifasciata
:t. laurentii
:t. silver queen
Some are scattered. Others are in the arid lands section which is very
nice. Nice agaves and aloes also.
Have a good one,
Tom
