Hi everyone:

Some of you may remember my excitement 2 weeks ago when my plant
bloomed.   I still get excitied just thinking about it.  My
neighbor and I were wondering last night if it will decide to
bloom again any time soon.  Well, here are the promised
pictures!  They are a little slow loading because they need to be
large and detailed for you to see the bloom clearly.

Note on the pictures with the burgundy background that you can
see the pistil way up above the rest of the flower.  Might this
be a mechanism to prevent self-fertilization?  I noticed that the

top of the flower would open just slightly and the pistil would
begin showing.  Several hours later the petals would curl down to
reveal the stamens.
