Hi Pete,
Glad you got the list ok I was not too sure if you could get it as a
lot of people seem to have problems with attachments for one reason
or another.
I have just been given a beta version of a cactus data base and am in
the process of putting my cacti and all data, library, photo's/slides
some of which are added to the data base. The only thing wrong with
this is the pictures eat up memory as the DB could only handle
Bitmaps but I have managed to convert it to accept jpg's still takes
up a lot of memory so I have to be quite strict with myself. I should
have the DB completed for the Millennium :-)
S.galana and chimanaimanii sound extremely interesting what I
generally do is propagate what I can from plants with data these are
then sent off to the British National Sansevieria Collection where
Alan and Ziad also propagate them and in time they become available
to the public through their nursery. So any offer of cuts or cuttings
would be more than welcome is there anything from my list that you
would like just say and if it is at all possible I will send it.
> I could put a leaf of each in the mail for you.
Yes please but will you send them to a friend's in London as I am
away on holiday very soon and will be staying with them when I get
back so I'll be able to pick them up then unless you send them now as
airmail only takes 4 -6 days. Much appreciated.

I did get a S. hyacinthoides from him but it rotted off within three
days of getting it and Charles Craib said he would replace it still
waiting that is why he is on the list.

Yes some Othonnas mostly a Sarcocaulon and some Pelargoniums I
sometimes send off for club members as well so get a shipping order
up with all relevant paperwork but the UK has now added 5 uk pounds
per genera now they were free before, puts the price of a 1 pound
plant up to 6 pounds now, ok if your ordering 100+ plants of one
genera but not when all you want is one or two of a genera.
I grow Tephrocactus and other small Opuntia, Sulcorebutia, Copiapoa,
Neoporteria group, some Euphorbia anything that catches my eye
really.
I will send you my home address privately Peter.
