Jimna, it is called an epee or really an epée, because of its shape.
although, it is my belief, which i have not tested, but will...now that you
have given me the idea...that you could bludgeon someone severely with a
stale french bread of any configuration. I would go for the more sturdy
log-like ones, and think the thinner or flute like breads, might breach if
you thumped someone hard. I found my faceguard. it was in a box labled
AUTOMOTIVE MISC. PARTS.
