Gardening with Children

Fellow coordinators:
Kathy Burkholder, program assistant at the state level with the OSU Extension Master Gardener Program, has recently completed a  44 page resource guide entitled "Gardening with Children and Youth " for Master Gardeners and other groups working with children.

It contains descriptions of projects Ohio Master Gardeners have undertaken with youth groups, lists organizations offering youth-related programming, and contains a reference list of books, suppliers, and web sites that pertain to children's gardening.

The publication has been posted on the Ohio Master Gardener web sites at www.hcs.ohio-state.edu/mg/mg.html.
