Cheryl -- Here are some links; I included the Barnett Shoals site for two reasons -- 1) the G.R.O.W. page and Parent page have lots of relevant links and 2) the site design could be a project for your kids if you have the technology access to be able to first map the schoolyard and then upload it to a website. The Science Experiment Page link is pretty cool; it is a state project out of Illinois for outdoor ed. based projects/data centralization. Plants of the North is a Northwoods (Wisc.) based site. Good luck getting those 13 year olds focussed and geared up! : )
