Closing the School Garden List

To the School Gardening List:

For the past several years, Mallorn.com has generously hosted the School
Gardening list.  In the past year and a half, this list has become
relatively inactive as other lists have met the needs of the school
gardening efforts around the country.  It has been decided to deactivate
this list at this time.   Corinna and I would like to thank Mallorn
Computing for providing the technical assistance and space for this list as
well as for agreeing to hold the archives available.

It is exciting to see how the Internet has changed how people can find out
about projects being done and that it has served as a real source of
information and inspiration for like minded educators and parents.

Several other lists can serve as an exchange forum for issues surrounding
School Gardening.  Links are listed below to currently active sites.
