We built a garden at my middle school. 4 large boxes. native plants, butterfly, herb &vegatable. We plan to work with the school kitchen. I want to teach a mini course for 11 weeks on a rotation basis. The district/board would like a course description, its correlation to standards etc. Has anyone already been through this process? Any suggestions? Thanks M.
