*1998 City of Phoenix Youth Town Hall participants said that Phoenix youth wanted to make a difference in the community because many people always give youth a bad rap! This fund was created by youth because of the town hall.
*Youth will review the applications and make the decisions!
*If you are a middle or high school student affiliated with a non-profit organization or school group and want to help the Phoenix community by doing a service project . . . .
