Dinny -- try looking at the Permian HS Arboretum website (they are in Texas;
there's a link to it on the www.kidsgardening.com "Integrating Gardening into
the Curriculum 6-12" message board). Also, try contacting 4-H; nationally,
they have several different garden based curriculum experiments developed. NY
state seems to be very well "developed" in this area.
