re:school gardens and community gardens

Hi, I'm looking for any statistical info on school and community gardens:what
values,ethics,self-worth--non-tangibles and tangibles------kids stay in
school,communication skills, crime reduction (gangs,drugs drinking,vandalism)
and community gardens--same types of information. And how did you get into
this field? It sounds interesting and challenging.
