Ripe from Downtown™ Symposium
July 18-20, 2002
Cleveland, OH
Cleveland Botanical Garden is presenting “Ripe from Downtown”, a national symposium on creating garden-based entrepreneur programs for youth - especially urban teens. The symposium will take place July 18-20, 2002 in downtown Cleveland.
Presentations are sought from individuals who have created programs for youth to grow and/or make a garden-based product to sell which enabled them to learn gardening, business, and life skills.
Staff, volunteers, parents, and other interested adults from schools, horticultural and community non-profit organizations and for-profit businesses can submit a proposal to present at this event.
The submission deadline is November 15, 2001.
