The "happy99.exe" that was just posted by talshank@uswest.net is a
virus.  If it's the same one that was popular a year ago, it's a pretty
harmless virus (it displays some cool fireworks and modifies your
TCP/IP stack to send a copy of itself to anyone you send it to), but
there's no guarantee it is, of course.

If you don't want to be infected by it, don't double-click on it.  :)

talshank@uswest.net might consider getting it removed.
