Tomato Seedlings need attention

Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html

I am new at this gardening stuff. I was a bit overzelous last Feb. and
planted 100 tomato plants in a mini greenhouse I bought at Eagle. I am in
Zone 5 and have found out I cannot plant them outside until Mid May. I
almost gave up on gardening all together when I tried to transplant them. I
was having a devil of a time and felt like I was killing more plants than I
was saving.
The plants are still in their containers until I can put them in the ground.
It it okay to allow them to continue to grow in the mini greenhouse? I
don't want them all to die...although I could lose 90 plants and not worry
too much about it. I need some help.
Thanks,
Brandi
