I would wait on them a bit and see if they come up.  We also had snow,
about 8 inches!  And the day before it was 70F.  I'm a bit concerned about
my broccoli transplants, peas and fava beans, but I think they may recover
okay.  The snow cover may have kept your unsprouted seeds insulated from
the lower temps.
