Page 65 of "The Book" tells everything you need to know.  If you don't have
it and can not get it locally,  Amazon.com sells it and there are usually
multiple copies listed on ebay.

Breifly: makes 16 cuft
6 cuft peat moss
4 cuft vermiculite
3 cuft sand
3 cuft wood ash & charcoal
1 coffe can of lime
1 coffee can of organic fertilizer
