Looking in the Sunset Western Garden Book it does show a Winter Jasmine,
Jasminum nudiflorum, that should grow in Utah's climate. The Winter Jasmine
has bright yellow flowers but it is unscented. Can grow to 15' tall when
trained on a trellis or wall.
