Teri,
I would love the info on the National Centers too!
Love your description of what is happening. I'm in Southern Oregon and
while we haven't had quite the dramatic changes you have it has been
similar. March was very nice and then this month we have had 25 degree
nights (4 or 5 of them), a little snow, hail...LOL.
Right now I have a little more in the garden than you do but nothing I
would take a chance with. I just finished harvesting the last of the
sprouting broccoli, the swiss chard has no problem with the weather,
garic and onions are fine, strawberries are starting to bloom, peas are
fine, spinich is thriving, kohlrabi is growing and I'm waiting for the
beets to sprout.
Sitting under the light stand are all my tender babies.
I am going to try baby corn for the first time this year. Does anyone
have any experience to pass on?
yours,
Gail
